• Language Skills: Converse in English, Spanish is also ideal, ensuring clear and effective communication with a diverse clientele.
• Client Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth transition to the sales team.
• Organization and Follow-Up: Keep meticulous records of calls and appointments, ensuring follow-up and efficient scheduling.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English with Spanish as an additional language
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in customer service or appointment setting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable with technology and CRM software.
