Job Description
Blue Mercury is looking for individuals to create appointments for capital legacy
We have two call centre's one located in Johannesburg and one in Durban Johannesburg
THIS POSITION OS FOR 2026 AND YOU WILL BE PUT ON SIX MONTH PAID LEARNERHSHIP
We offer a basic salary and uncapped commission, with no retainers or claw-backs. Commission and basic is payable within the same month and is uncapped.
Capital legacy is the biggest provider of wills in south Africa with over 6500 clients monthly that are signing up and the leader in estate adminstration .
Experience and Skills
Customer Service Experience:
Previous experience in customer support, sales, or a call center is often essential.Communication:
You'll need superior verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers effectively.Computer Proficiency:
The ability to use relevant software, such as Microsoft Office and CRM systems, is crucial.Data Entry & Typing:
Good data entry and typing skills are necessary for recording customer information.Active Listening:
The ability to listen attentively to understand customer needs is a core skill.Problem-Solving:
Agents need to identify issues and find appropriate solutions for customers.Time Management:
The ability to prioritize tasks and manage call handling times efficiently is important.Job Type: Permanent
Pay: R4500,00 - R8000,00 per month
Experience:
Cold calling: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
