Job Description
Job Summary REQUIREMENTS
- Matric,
- 3 years+ experience in software support and testing
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to communicate to users across the globe with different levels of computer skills
- Comfortable to conduct classroom type training or webinars
- Ability to prioritise
- Appropriate problem-solving skills
- Self-organising
- Team player
- Liaise between IT and various departments across global offices.
- Applications support for in-house developed Online order entry system & RFID Inventory management system
- Develop test plans and perform manual software testing
- Generate and maintain Software User Guides & Training material
- Manage query logs and route queries to developers where necessary
- Follow/monitor new Implementations
- Communicate important system notifications to users
- Systems configuration
- Customer/internal training on the Online order entry system
