DUTIES
Liaise between IT and various departments across global offices.
Applications support for in-house developed Online order entry system & RFID Inventory management system
Develop test plans and perform manual software testing
Generate and maintain Software User Guides & Training material
Manage query logs and route queries to developers where necessary
Follow/monitor new Implementations
Communicate important system notifications to users
Systems configuration
Customer/internal training on the Online order entry system
