Requirements:
3 years+ experience in software support and testing
Great written and verbal communication skills
The ability to communicate to users across the globe with different levels of computer skills
Comfortable to conduct classroom type training or webinars
Ability to prioritise
Appropriate problem-solving skills
Self-organising
Team player
Duties and Responsibilities:
Liaise between IT and various departments across global offices.
Applications support for in-house developed Online order entry system & RFID Inventory management system
Develop test plans and perform manual software testing
Generate and maintain Software User Guides & Training material
Manage query logs and route queries to developers where necessary
Follow/monitor new Implementations
Communicate important system notifications to users
Systems configuration
* Customer/internal training on the Online order entry system
