Identify potential customers and present product/service offerings to meet their needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value proposition to customers.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Use market insights to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead of the competition.
Keep accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales calls, and sales pipeline status.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Work closely with other members of the sales team, as well as with marketing, customer service, and other departments, to achieve company objectives and provide a seamless customer experience.
From time to time provide additional support of the companyxe2x80x99s full portfolio in the region for devices and related consumables.

Job RequirementsEducation / Professional Certification
Degree in scientific, engineering, technical or product related field or graduation from a higher institution, or equivalent: or
Successful completion of a Science / Optometry Degree or other relevant tertiary qualification: or
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
Experience
3- 5 years professional experience in Medical Sales, ideally in the area of Ophthalmology
Previous experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
Experience in training
Demonstrated ability to network and build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce software
Knowledge and experience in the theatre environment.
Excellent knowledge of the Ophthalmology market in the region.
