Job Summary
Our client is looking for an application manager to join their Operational division and take over the management of their Support and Acquisition application.

Skills &C# and .Net Framework
Minimum 5+ years active experience within a similar role
Google Analytics user experience with experience interpreting results
Project management experience xe2x80x93 3 years +
Business Process automation experience xe2x80x93 3 years +
UX experience relevant to App and Online (Web) xe2x80x93 3 years +
Customer Support experience xe2x80x93 3 years +
Workflow analysis experience

Personal attributes:
A confident individual with a friendly personality, drive, energy, and enthusiasm together with a strong personal commitment to the delivery of high standards in a timely, efficient, and friendly manner who works in alignment with the company policies and procedures. An individual that possesses great problem-solving skills & an ability to work with little to no supervision.
