Job Description


:
Application Development and Deployment: Engage in collaborative efforts with cross-functional teams, comprising of developers, designers, and product managers, to strategize, execute, and implement applications that not only fulfill customer demands but also align seamlessly with the organization's overarching strategic objectives.

Customer Support and Issue Resolution: Work closely with the customer support team to thoroughly assess and address application-related concerns raised by customers. Prioritize swift and efficient resolution methods to uphold an exceptional customer experience and satisfaction.

Application Security and Compliance: Take responsibility for establishing robust application security protocols to safeguard customer data and privacy. Collaborate closely with the security team to implement requisite measures and adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Customer-Centric Approach: Spearhead initiatives to gain an in-depth understanding of customer needs, challenges, and preferences. Utilize this valuable insight to guide the enhancement of applications, introducing new features and updates that consistently elevate customer satisfaction levels.

User Experience (UX) Optimization: Consistently assess the usability and user journey within the application to pinpoint opportunities for enhancement. Employ industry-leading UX practices and collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to elevate the overall user experience, ensuring seamless interaction and satisfaction.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Harness the power of data-driven insights to effectively monitor the performance of the application, proactively identify areas of concern, and optimize key metrics such as application speed, responsiveness, and reliability.

Trend Analysis: Remain abreast of the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies within the realm of application development and customer experience. Leverage this knowledge to foster innovation and maintain a competitive edge in our applications.

Vendor Management: Take charge of managing relationships with external vendors, if applicable, guaranteeing their services align with the necessary quality standards and contribute to exceptional customer experiences.

Application Upgrades and Maintenance: Strategize and orchestrate routine application updates and maintenance operations, meticulously ensuring peak performance, robust security, and utmost customer satisfaction.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage in close collaboration with diverse departments, such as sales, marketing, and product management, to gain a comprehensive understanding of business requirements and align application strategies seamlessly with organizational goals.

Skills & Experience:
Experience in application management, preferably with a strong focus on customer experience enhancement
Previous experience with customer support and issue resolution processes
Proficient in project management tools and techniques
Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence stakeholders
Adaptability and a willingness to learn and implement new technologies
Familiarity with application security practices and compliance standards
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of working collaboratively with diverse teams
Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and customer-centered design

Qualification:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or proven experience-based equivalent
