National Client requires an Application Development Lead who will be responsible for heading up a team of Software Developers, using technologies like .Net & C#
Description
Leading, mentoring and supporting a team of Senior Developers
Drive the evolution of development strategies in line with the company's objectives
Participate in the business requirements and specifications with internal stakeholders
Provide continuous technical input to the development team to maintain development standards
Mentor Junior Software Engineers
Manage 3rd Party Vendor relationships
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and Computer Science
5 Years leadership experience, leading Software Engineers
Proven experience within Microsoft Software Development using technologies like .Net & C#
Good understanding of Software Architecture, design pattens and best practices
