Drive Anti-Piracy counter measures and action such as raids, cybercrime, criminal and civil litigation.
Assist with and advise on broadcast and intellectual property related piracy information received from South Africa and neighbouring countries.
Building relationships with staff, Judicial and Law enforcement agencies within South Africa.
Assist with and advise on broadcast and intellectual property piracy cases pertaining to MultiChoice Group.
Co-operate with other operators in identifying and addressing broadcast piracy issues.
Co-operate with Law enforcement agencies in the various markets to prevent and combat piracy
Monitor and report any piracy related matters
Testify in court on behalf of Multichoice Group
Established and maintained informer network
Gather Intelligence

FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES
Minimum of 5 -10 years' experience in the investigation and successful prosecution of crime.
