AMS Consultant - KlerksdorpIntroductionSenwes Equipment/ Agrifriend provides specialized mechanisation and maintenance service relating in agricultural equipment to the producers. With 33 outlets and 17 mechanisation workshops, you can be part of delivering excellent service.Duties & ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support to customers and dealers on agriculture equipment and technology, including the John Deere AMS product line.Receive D-Tac queries on the John Deere system and resolve.Respond promptly to customer inquiries and technical issues via phone, email, or in-person.Diagnose equipment and technology problems using technical knowledge and resources.Conduct equipment and technology inspections to identify potential issues and make recommendations for maintenance or repair.Keep up-to-date on new product releases and features to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to equipment, software, and hardware.Identify and isolate issues in equipment, software, and hardware systems.Collaborate with internal and external technical resources to resolve complex technical issues.Document technical support cases and provide detailed explanations of solutions provided.Communicate technical solutions to customers and dealers in a clear and concise manner.Develop and maintain technical knowledge and skills through training and self-directed learning.Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and to provide a high level of customer service.Communicate customer feedback to the product development team to inform product improvements and updates.Collaborate with the parts and service teams to ensure timely delivery of parts and repairs.Participate in cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and streamline business processes.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and support cases.Ensure accurate and complete data entry for each customer interaction and support case.Use CRM data to analyse customer needs and provide insights to other departments.Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to data protection policies.Provide regular reports on customer interactions and support cases to the management team.Desired Experience & QualificationRequirements:Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in agriculture, Agronomy, Engineering, or a related field.Preferably qualified John Deere technician.At least 3-5-year experience working in the Agri-cultural industry, specifically with John Deere equipment and technology.Skills/Competencies:Strong technical skills, including knowledge of hardware and software systems.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Package & RemunerationMarket RelatedDisclaimerWe are committed to transformation through the appointment of persons from designated groups and potential candidates from these groups will enjoy preference.
