To develop bell agriculture machinery dealer technical support and LTRS capacity.
To motivate dealers to effectively and efficiently excel in the arena of technical support, and the sales and supply of bell supplied parts, to BELL / JCB and any bell branded agricultural machinery within the market areas designated to them by bell, as licenced representatives of the BELL / JCB and bell associated and supplied agricultural machinery brands.
develop, implement and operate dealer development programs that formulate and promote effective and sustainable LTRS growth, ensures training and development of dealer LTRS teams, formulation of targets with initiatives focused to grow LTRS market share and develop new LTRS markets & customers in a sustainable and viable manner whilst maintaining existing ones throughout dealers allocated territories.
Help manage, maintain and develop OEM LTRS customer relations throughout the region.
Fulfil the communication and coordination bridge as required between OEM technical and LTRS structures and the appointed dealers.
Help dealers develop and manage effective and efficient standardised, bell aligned, aftermarket capacity with systems and processes that also enhance working capital and resources to achieve maximised efficiency levels in dealer aftermarket offerings, without compromising overall customer service delivery in their territories.
Ensure effective dealer OEM product registration and warranty processing. support technical issue resolution, drive and manage OEM campaign rollouts; guide, facilitate, manage and report as required with respect to any bell or related OEM product and dealer aftermarket requirements, whilst ensuring compliance to bell and respective OEM policy, procedure and process.
Help mediate in aftermarket issues between OEMS and dealer(s) where and when necessary. coordinate and promote OEM aftermarket initiatives when required between OEMs and dealer(s) / dealer groups.
Strive to build, a world class, market leading, bell ag - BELL and JCB, dealer technical support and LTRS brand and products.
REQUIREMENTS
:
Matric
Qualified Earth Moving Mechanic or trade tested with 10 years earth moving experience
Must be confident and competent in English and Afrikaans; Written, conversational and technical language, whilst Zulu could also be an advantage.
Agriculture Industry business and culture experience / prior exposure.
Relevant logistics, customer relations, sales, operational, commercial management qualification and work experience would be of great value.
Applicants must have at least 5 years' experience in the After Sales environment with at least 2 years' post qualification. Experience in Bell and JCB technical, warranty, campaign, parts processes, policy and procedures, Parts and Logistics experience, technical diagnostics experience and ability, Customer management and communication skills, Management level OH&S knowledge and training.
Bell & JCB Agriculture machinery applications and operations and prior exposure to dealing with and servicing Agricultural customers and industry.
Experience in - LTRS sales and marketing, Customer management and relations, technical training, technical diagnostics, business/commercial processes, performance management and reporting skills, basic financial information reporting and budget management, strategic planning experience, project management ability and experience.
Parts processes, logistics and stock management understanding and experience.
Applicants should have comprehensive Bell / JCB aftermarket system knowledge and experience including:
