Daar is n groeiende hotel- en gastehuisgroep met eiendomme in Paarl en Springbok wat op soek is na n algemene bestuurder om hul bedrywighede te bestuur. Die groep het n uiteenlopende portefeulje insluitend hotelkamers, selfsorgeenhede, konferensiefasiliteite en n restaurant/bar. Hulle kultuur is gemik op uitnemendheid, geanker deur die slagspreuke Vriendelikheid en netheid en Jou houding bepaal jou hoogte.
Jou Rol en Verantwoordelikhede
As Algemene Bestuurder neem jy volle verantwoordelikheid vir die perseel, personeel en algehele bestuur net soos die eienaar sou doen en nog beter.
Jou rol sluit in:
Bestuur en koordineer van daaglikse operasionele, personeel- en kantooraktiwiteite
Opstel van weeklikse verslae oor sleutelprestasie- en personeelindeks
Ontwikkel en implementeer stelsels, personeelopleiding en kwaliteitsbeheersprosedures
Hanteer personeelkontrakte en eskalasies volgens n hoog vertroue, hoe prestasie raamwerk
Verseker uitstekende gastediens gaste bly die hoofprioriteit, terwyl jy steeds professioneel en winsgewend bestuur
Bestuur verskaffers, logistiek en administratiewe hulpbronne
Werk nou saam met die eienaar om groei en visie in Springbok te staaf
Vereistes & Kwalifikasies
510 jaar ondervinding in n bestuursrol in die gasvryheids- of hotelbedryf
Enige sertifikaat of bewys van aanleer van n spesifieke vaardigheid in gasvryheid (bv. diensopleiding, kwaliteitsbeheer)
Vaardig in MS Office en taakbestuurs- of boeke-stelsels
Uitstekende kommunikasie-, organisasie- en probleemoplossingsvaardighede
n Leierskapstyl wat vertroue, hoe prestasie en professionele winsrigting bevorder
n Natuurlike aanleg vir menseverhoudings en gasvryheid

An expanding hotel and guesthouse group with properties in Paarl and Springbok is seeking a strong leader to oversee their operations. The group manages a diverse portfolio including hotel rooms, self-catering units, conference facilities, and a restaurant/bar. Your Role & Responsibilities
As General Manager, you will take full responsibility for the property, staff, and overall managementjust like the owner would, only better.
Your key duties include:
Managing and coordinating daily operational, staff, and office activities
Preparing weekly reports on key performance and personnel metrics
Developing and implementing systems, staff training, and quality-control procedures
Handling staff contracts and escalations using a high-trust, high-performance framework
Ensuring excellent guest serviceguests remain the top priority, while you run operations professionally and profitably
Managing vendors, logistics, and administrative resources
Collaborating closely with the owner to support growth and vision in Springbok
Requirements & Qualifications
510 years of experience in a management-level role within the hospitality or hotel industry
Any certificate or proof of learning in a specific hospitality skill (e.g., service training, quality control)
Proficiency in MS Office and task-management or bookkeeping systems
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
A leadership style that promotes trust, high performance, and profitable professionalism
A natural flair for people relations and guest service
