**THIS POSITION REQUIRES CAR RENTAL EXPERIENCE**

Our client, a globally recognized car rental company, is seeking an experienced Airport Car Park Manager to oversee operations at the airport. This position requires strong leadership and the ability to manage both internal and outsourced teams effectively. Key responsibilities include overseeing fleet operations such as vehicle transfers, rotations, servicing, inspections, quality control, and stock-taking. Additionally, the role involves supervising fuel management, security protocols, and gate control documentation to ensure seamless operations. This is a highly active, hands-on position that may require long hours and shift work. To be considered, candidates must have a Matric Certificate, a valid drivers license, and at least 5 years of experience in depot, airport, or car park management within a car rental (Essential) Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills, along with excellent leadership and team management abilities, proficiency in English and Afrikaans, advanced computer skills, and experience with fleet management processes-including fleeting, de-fleeting, and claims, able to work shifts and handle physically demanding tasks are also required.
Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
A valid Drivers License
At least 5 years of experience in Depot/Fleet /Car Park Management in a Car Rental environment
The ability to multi-task
Strong leadership skills
Good command of English & Afrikaans
Fleeting, de-fleeting and fleet claims experience
Excellent computer skills
Must be able to work shifts
Must be physically fit and able to handle long hours
