Job Description
We're looking for a highly organised and proactive
Airbnb Bookings Manager
to oversee the day-to-day management of our growing portfolio of short-term rental properties. You'll be the first point of contact for guests, manage all bookings across platforms, and ensure a seamless, five-star experience from inquiry to checkout.Key Responsibilities:
Manage all Airbnb listings, including updates to pricing, availability, and descriptions Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and booking requests Coordinate check-ins, check-outs, and cleaning schedules with our service teams Monitor and adjust nightly rates to maximise occupancy and revenue Handle guest issues and complaints with discretion and care Ensure guests have an excellent experience from booking to departure Provide weekly reports on bookings, revenue, and occupancy
Requirements:
Prior experience with Airbnb or short-term rental management preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail Tech-savvy (familiar with Airbnb platform, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, etc.) Able to work independently and manage time effectively Availability to respond to urgent guest messages after hours, if necessary
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: R12000,00 - R15000,00 per month
