Job Description
We're looking for a highly organised and proactive
Airbnb Bookings Manager
to oversee the day-to-day management of our growing portfolio of short-term rental properties. You'll be the first point of contact for guests, manage all bookings across platforms, and ensure a seamless, five-star experience from enquiry to checkout.Key Responsibilities:
Manage bookings across Airbnb, Booking.com, and other platforms Handle guest communication promptly and professionally Coordinate check-ins, check-outs, and housekeeping schedules Monitor and optimise calendar availability and pricing Ensure property listings are always up-to-date and accurate Resolve guest issues quickly, efficiently, and with care Collaborate with cleaning teams, maintenance providers, and property owners Track reviews, ratings, and guest feedback, and suggest improvements
Requirements:
2+ years experience in Airbnb/short-term rental bookings or hospitality Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities Tech-savvy and confident working with online platforms Able to remain calm under pressure and think on your feet Familiarity with property management tools (e.g., Hospitable, Hostaway, or similar) is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: R12000,00 - R16000,00 per month
