The opportunity that awaits you:
We're looking for an AI Specialist to lead the development and deployment of intelligent solutions that enhance patient care, optimize pharmaceutical operations, and enable data-driven decisions. You'll work across clinical, research, and commercial teams to automate workflows, develop predictive models, and modernize healthcare systems using AI and machine learning.
Your key responsibilities:
- Build and deploy AI/ML models for diagnostics, risk assessment, and personalized care.
- Use AI for sales forecasting, patient insights, and commercial strategy.
- Automate clinical, research, and administrative processes using AI/RPA.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical AI use.
- Modernize data infrastructure and support AI integration across the enterprise.
- Train internal teams to adopt and utilize AI solutions effectively.
- Master's degree or PhD in AI, Data Science, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field (required for senior roles).
- 3-5 experience in AI, machine learning, data science, or related roles.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI models.
- Skilled in predictive analytics, sales forecasting, and commercial optimization.
- Experience with cloud platforms, databases, and enterprise data environments.
- Relevant certifications, such as:
- Google Cloud AI/ML Certification
- Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate
- AWS Certified Machine Learning - Specialty
- TensorFlow Developer Certification
- IBM AI Engineering Certification.
