• University degree in Business Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in business analysis, requirements engineering, or similar roles within enterprise environments.

Essential Skills:

• Stakeholder Management
• Eliciting and organise use case requirements
• Proficiency in agile working methods (Scrum, iterative development cycles).
• Expertise in creating detailed requirements documents, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Familiarity with conversational AI frameworks, chatbot systems, and agent-based architectures.
• Hands-on experience in prompt engineering and understanding of LLM technologies.
• Strong understanding of cloud deployments, API integrations, and cybersecurity principles in enterprise applications.
• Basic knowledge of GenAI enterprise architectures, including Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Business-fluent English with excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter

Advantageous Skills:

• Experience working on user-centric digital platforms in conversational AI or broader AI domains.
• Familiarity with enterprise-level problem-solving in large-scale, integrated environments.
• Knowledge of trends in conversational AI, with the ability to recommend innovative features and best practices.

Role Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyse, and document business needs for Conversational AI Services.
• Translate feedback into actionable technical requirements.
• Collaborate with international teams, IT departments, and business units for aligned implementation.
• Foster continuous feedback and iterative improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support development of LLM Testing Framework and chatbot performance evaluation strategies.
• Stay updated with trends in LLM capabilities and enterprise integration.
• Optimize chatbot configurations and consult on best practices for intuitive prompt design.
• Define quality criteria, compliance measures, and operational KPIs for enterprise-grade solutions.
• Contribute to secure and scalable architecture designs.
• Maintain roadmaps for requirements implementation and ensure adaptability for future expansions.
• Address complex challenges and contribute to co-creation sessions for iterative enhancements.
