Job Description

We are seeking a forward-thinking

AI Integration Intern

to help implement, optimise, and support AI systems across our group of companies.

In this role, you will assist employees with onboarding to AI tools, integrate AI solutions into everyday workflows, conduct research on emerging AI technologies, and work directly with managers and external partners. This is a hands-on opportunity to see your ideas applied across businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Systems Implementation & Support

Assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining AI-driven processes across our organisations. Support managers and department leads in identifying AI opportunities and integrating solutions into workflows. Provide onboarding, training, and support for employees using AI tools.

Research & Optimisation

Conduct ongoing research on emerging AI tools, platforms, and best practices. Test, analyse, and optimise existing AI systems for accuracy, efficiency, and reliability. Build small prototypes and proof-of-concept models to demonstrate new AI applications.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Collaborate with internal teams, managers, and external partners to ensure successful AI adoption. Document processes, create user guides, and contribute to internal knowledge resources.

Quality, Testing & Reporting

Monitor performance of AI models and automation processes, identify issues, and propose improvements. Prepare regular updates and insights for leadership teams.

Academic Background

Currently studying or recently completed a degree/diploma in:

Artificial Intelligence Data Science / Machine Learning Computer Science / Software Engineering Information Systems Robotics / Automation Business or Operations

with a strong demonstrated interest in AI

Portfolio-Based Qualification

A strong personal portfolio showcasing practical AI work, such as:

AI automation or workflow projects Machine learning models or experiments Prompt engineering, chatbot development, or AI workflow design Custom AI integrations using APIs, scripts, apps, agents, or automation tools

Skills & Competencies

Strong interest in AI systems, automation, and innovation Ability to learn new tools quickly Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Clear communication skills and confidence working with teams Familiarity with Python, APIs, or automation platforms (Zapier, Make.com, etc.) is a plus
