This is a high-impact role suited for someone who thrives at the intersection of operations, technology, and innovation.Youll be responsible for designing and deploying automation workflows, integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), and building AI agents that streamline critical business processes. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with tools like Go High Level and a passion for solving real-world problems through smart automation.Key Responsibilities:Audit and Analyze Systems:
Conduct a comprehensive review of existing operational processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and areas ripe for AI-driven automation.AI and LLM Integration:
Implement and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for business-specific use cases, including customer service, internal documentation, and task automation.Customize Go High Level CRM:
Optimize and extend CRM functionality through automation workflows, custom triggers, and AI-enabled features to improve customer interactions and internal efficiency.Build AI Agents:
Develop and deploy AI agents for tasks such as ordering title work, auto-responding to internal and external queries, updating databases, and more.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with department heads in sales, operations, and customer service to understand pain points and roll out tailored automation solutions.Innovate and Problem Solve:
