We're seeking a strategic thinker with a strong business mindset to take on the role of AI Strategy & Innovation Lead. This role requires someone who understands organizational operations and intricate processes, and who can apply practical, structured approaches to solve challenges. The focus is on driving innovation and shaping operational strategies--this is not a technical or programming-heavy position, but one rooted in business transformation and innovation leadership.

• Spot Game-Changing Opportunities: Dive into teams' workflows, discover where AI can seriously level up productivity and impact
• Craft Impact-Driven Business Cases: Build clear, data-backed ROI stories that align tightly with business goals
• Connect with AI Innovators: Source, assess, and partner with cutting-edge AI vendors to bring the best tech onboard
• Drive Smooth AI Rollouts: Define success metrics, track progress in real-time, and remove blockers to keep momentum high
• Lead the AI Culture Shift: Educate and inspire teams with real talk about AI--what it can do, what it can't, and where it moves the needle

Skills & Experience:

• Knowledge of AI/ML applications in operations or manufacturing
• Experience working with technology vendors and consultants
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, Design Thinking, or Agile methodologies
• Minimum 5 years' experience in operations, product development, innovation, or business transformation
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage external partners
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in English with effective communication skills for technical and executive audiences
• Willingness to travel internationally

Qualification:
BEng/ Masters in Business/Engineering
