Skills & Experience:

Knowledge of AI/ML applications in operations or manufacturing
Experience working with technology vendors and consultants
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, Design Thinking, or Agile methodologies
Minimum 5 years experience in operations, product development, innovation, or business transformation
Ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage external partners
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in English with effective communication skills for technical and executive audiences
Willingness to travel internationally

Qualification:
BEng/ Masters in Business/Engineering
Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered
