We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Developer with expertise in C# to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning algorithms, and software development. You will be responsible for designing and implementing AI-driven solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and optimizing applications for efficiency and scalability.

Responsibilities:

Develop and deploy AI models using C# and related technologies. Integrate machine learning algorithms into applications to enhance functionality. Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to create AI-driven solutions. Design, develop, and optimize neural networks and predictive models. Perform data preprocessing and feature engineering for machine learning models. Maintain and improve existing AI applications and ensure performance optimization. Stay updated with advancements in AI, ML, and deep learning technologies. Debug, test, and troubleshoot AI algorithms and applications for reliability.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (preferred). 3-5 years of experience in AI development. Strong programming skills in C#, Python, or related languages. Proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or ML.NET. Experience with cloud computing platforms (Azure, AWS) for AI implementation. Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and optimization techniques. Familiarity with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and big data processing. Understanding of reinforcement learning, deep learning, and NLP techniques.

Work Details:

This is a full-time, in-person position. Remote work is not offered. Candidates will be expected to operate from the specified premises. The position includes a 3-month probationary period starting from the employment date.
