Staffaro, a leading Human Resources company, is seeking a meticulous and adaptive AI Content Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is instrumental in producing high-quality digital content assets for diverse client base, adhering to established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Responsibilities
- Employ a variety of AI tools, including ChatGPT, Claude, MidJourney, and others, to generate creative content that aligns with client objectives.
- Utilize advanced word processing and spreadsheet skills to organize, format, and present content effectively.
- Follow existing SOPs with precision to maintain consistency and quality across all digital assets.
- Provide constructive feedback and suggest improvements to SOPs when discrepancies or opportunities for enhancement are identified.
- Maintain a positive and proactive attitude, contributing to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrate a commitment to high performance and productivity, ensuring timely delivery of content tasks.
- Proficiency in office productivity tools, particularly word processing and spreadsheets.
- Experience or a strong interest in leveraging AI for content creation.
- An ability to adhere strictly to guidelines while also being agile in providing solutions when faced with challenges.
- A strong work ethic and a results-driven mindset.
