MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO

Sourcing Apple and Pear
Identify, Contract-with & supervise local farmers to source high-quality fruits
Monitor and evaluate the quality of produce to meet company standards
Packhouse Coordination
Identify suitable pack houses for packing and storing the sourced fruits
Engage with packhouse management to ensure compliance with packaging standards and timelines
Oversee the packing process to ensure fruits are packed correctly and efficiently without any wastage.
Shipping and Logistics
Ensure the shipping of packed fruits to India and other overseas markets at the most competitive rates
Work with logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation
Oversee and manage export documentation and ensure compliance with international shipping regulations.
