Finance agile Manager
What this position is about - Purpos
The purpose of this role is to lead and support the transformation of the finance function by integrating agile methodologies, digital tools, and collaborative practices. The incumbent will oversee core finance responsibilities, including accounting, financial planning & analysis, and project support, ensuring high-quality decision-making and financial control in a dynamic business
What will you do - Responsibilities:

• Agile Finance Leadership
• Champion agile practices within the finance function and promote iterative planning, feedback loops, and team empowerment
• Act as a finance business partner across cross-functional squads to support rapid, data-informed decisions
• Accounting & Financial Control
• Good Understanding of general ledger accuracy, account reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing processes, including timely and accurate posting of accruals, provisions, and adjustments in line with IFRS/GAAP
• Review balance sheet and P&L reports to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Support the Finance Manager in coordinating with external auditors and managing compliance with statutory reporting requirements.
• Assist in maintaining and improving internal control frameworks and accounting policies
• Project Work & Strategic Initiatives
• Drive and contribute to cross-functional projects, such as system implementations, cost optimization, and territory management.
• Serve as finance leads in capital investment, transformation, or restructuring initiatives.
• Track project financials (budgets, actuals, ROI) and ensure appropriate governance and reporting
• Support change management related to finance tools, processes, or structures
• Digital Enablement & Data Analytics
• Promote automation and digitization of financial reporting, accounting, and analysis processes.
• Build and maintain dashboards for real-time performance insights.
• Identify and deploy technology to improve efficiency, transparency, and agility.

Whom are we looking for - Requirements:

• Maintain data for international assignees.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
• Professional qualifications (e.g., CA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred
• 5-8 years of finance experience, including accounting, FP&A, and business partnering.
• Experience working in agile or cross-functional team environments.
• Proficient in ERP systems and planning tools
• Strong understanding of IFRS/GAAP and internal controls
• Fluent English (written & spoken) and other languages a plus
• Solid technical accounting and financial analysis skills
• Agile mindset with the ability to lead through change and complexity
• Strong communication and business partnering capabilities
• High attention to detail, ownership, and solution-oriented thinking
• Comfort with technology, process automation, and data visualizations
• Strategic and anticipating skills
• Familiar with Agile ways of working and methodology
