Summary
Use your Agile Delivery Lead skills & experience to create a continuous and consistently evolving rhythm & rituals for this Software/ Data Engineering team, who are building one of the most important and Biggest Data Platforms, spanning from ETL to Data readiness for predictive analytics. Use your unique skills to maximise the time and cognitive load in the team invested towards team objectives and delivery.
Description
- Maximize the 'flow' time for data engineers to execute work timeously
- Align meetings,ceremonies, sprints retrospectives to enhance team performance:
- Ensure clear alignment from missions to sprint tasks by supporting Product Manager in achieving seamless cascading from missions to OKRs, EPICS, initiatives down to daily work, eliminating duplication of discussions and delays.
- Elimination of persistent impediments across sprints to maintain team focus and delivery
- Matric
- Relevant IT Qualification (IT Degree or Diploma) is preferable
- Scrum Master Certification required. Additional SAfe Agilist would be highly advantageous
- 1 years experience in a Data Platform or Data Engineering Team building either Technology/Platform/s*
- 3+ years total experience as a Agile Lead or Senior Scum Master, leading a team of SCM's
- Track record of high impact and investing in your own development
