Must have a minimum of 2 to 4 years experience in Automotive Service | Aftersales Marketing
Degree in Marketing or equivalent required
Experience at a Vehicle Manufacturer | Dealership Network or Automotive Service provider essential
Strong Excel | PowerPoint and Data Management skills required
Ability to extract insights from large data sets (KPI | Retention and Customer Data)
Competence with marketing or analytics tools such as CRM Systems and BI Dashboards
Hands-on experience tracking competitor service offerings and market trends
Ability to produce market insight reports and recommend new service initiatives based on analysis
Understanding of Service Retention Strategies | Customer Loyalty Programs or Workshop Campaign Planning
Own reliable transport required

Salary Structure:
Monthly Cost to Company of up to R 40 000, based on experience
