1. Recruit, train, guide and manage the after-sales team.
2. Foster a corporate culture of pursuing excellence, clear responsibilities and continuous learning.
3. Implement performance evaluation and career development planning.Service System and Standard Formulation1. Formulate and implement after-sales service policies, processes and service standards.
2. Ensure compliance with South African Consumer Protection Act and industry regulatory requirements.
3. Supervise and audit service center operations (5S, standard operating procedures).Cost and Budget Control1. Formulate and manage the after-sales department budget.
2. Control maintenance, spare parts, warranty and labor-related costs.
3. Optimize inventory management and resource allocation.Internal and External Collaboration1. Collaborate with sales department to enhance the full customer lifecycle experience.
2. Collaborate with procurement and logistics departments to ensure timely supply of spare parts.
3. Coordinate with automobile manufacturers for technical support and recall activities.Major Issue and Crisis Management1. Handle escalated complaints, major quality issues and warranty disputes.
2. Ensure timely reporting of major incidents to management.
Job Qualifications:
? College degree or above in Automotive Engineering, Business Management or related fields.
? Have received training in after-sales service management and relevant systems such as ISO 9001/TS 16949.
? At least 5 years of automotive after-sales work experience, including more than 3 years of management experience; experience in the South African market is preferred.
? Familiar with South African Consumer Protection Act, vehicle standards and after-sales industry practices.
? Possess strong leadership, personnel management and conflict resolution capabilities.
? Possess financial awareness and budget management capabilities.
? Have certain proficiency in using dealer management systems and CRM software.
? Have good communication and coordination skills.
? Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
