Aftermarket Sales Coordinator

Job Description


Education level: bachelors degree in business administration, Finance or Marketing qualification, with at least 3 years experience in a similar role providing analysis of sales and planning information to the sales team and other departments.

Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in the agricultural industry/ AUTOMOTIVE spare parts market (preferably) on technical product knowledge. communication usage to dealers / clients / customers will be required. Client orientation and extensive knowledge on analysing the record report on service and technical solutions.

Specific knowledge, skill, ability, and requirements: The candidate is required to be proficient and conversational in both English and Afrikaans languages. They should the ability produce results positive work under pressure, meet solid deadlines and resolve conflict.
They must have excellent analytical, negotiation, verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Must have sound knowledge on Microsoft products such as Excel, PowerPoint, Teams etc.

Administration:

  • Consulting with dealer personal on specific aftermarket needs, technical advice and pricing requirements, as well as taking of orders and transportation arrangements.
  • Coordinate the process of updating pricelists.
  • Conduct internal and external research on competitive components and make recommendations on corrective actions.
  • Capture quotes on spares demands to dealers.
  • Compile order entry on to the ERP system (V20).
  • Manage sales orders and maintain it for creating picklist and allocating stock.
  • Maintain accurate records and document all customer activities and discussions.
  • Ensure transport invoicing is accurately executed.
  • Analysing and clearing backorders.
Service:
  • Address and resolve immediate dealer complain and conflict situations.
  • Provide technical advice part numbers to dealers and end-users.
  • Communicate and confirm with relevant stakeholders on shortages for backorders.
  • Create and implement an effective training requests planned to support customers sales and service.
