Part-Time | Remote | 20-25 Hours per Week

Working Hours:

4:00 PM - 9:00 PM (South Africa Time)

We are seeking an experienced

Affiliate Manager

to build, manage, and scale our

traditional affiliate program

. This role is

not focused on TikTok or influencer-style affiliates

, but on structured affiliate networks, partner relationships, and performance-driven growth.

Experience with

WHOP affiliate programs

is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates through traditional affiliate channels and platforms Manage and optimize affiliate programs on

WHOP

(preferred) and/or similar platforms Develop affiliate outreach strategies (email, direct outreach, partnerships) Monitor affiliate performance, track KPIs, and optimize commissions and offers Ensure affiliates have the correct links, creatives, and promotional materials Maintain clear communication with affiliates and resolve issues promptly Identify high-performing affiliates and scale profitable partnerships Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and affiliate terms

Requirements

Proven experience managing

traditional affiliate programs

(not influencer-only or TikTok-based) Experience with

WHOP

affiliate management is a strong advantage Strong understanding of affiliate tracking, links, payouts, and attribution Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Organized, data-driven, and results-focused Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Nice to Have

Experience with digital products, memberships, or online offers Familiarity with affiliate software, tracking tools, or CRM systems Prior experience scaling affiliate programs from scratch

20-25 hours per week

4:00 PM - 9:00 PM South Africa Time

Fully remote position
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: R100,00 - R120,00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
