Brief in all technical work (recurring/ad hoc etc) to Technical Specialists and manage timelines (a calendar) to adhere to deadlines. Approve leave requests based on workflow etc
Quality checking all work before it is shared with the client facing team or client directly
Report to Client Service Director for high level overview of workflow and bottle necks
Internal training to upskill team
Assist operations with training documentation and building out the intranet
Updating client data when changes come in and sending proof of changes once live.
Loading campaign posts and collecting stats on Google Business Profile, Facebook and the store locator where applicable
High level front end checks on organic search and maps to find duplicate listings, rogue listings etc
Ensure any updates to categories, keywords, feedback categories, review rules, ROI setup etc are actioned correctly and reports reflect accurately off the back of this.
Ensure backend report setup is correct
