Advertising Account Manager required in Johannesburg.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for their needs and concerns.
Overseeing all aspects of advertising projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
Tracking and analysing campaign performance, providing regular reports to clients with actionable insights and recommendations for optimisation.
Identifying opportunities to grow client accounts, suggesting new strategies and campaigns, and contributing to the overall business development of the agency.
Staying up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging advertising technologies to provide clients with innovative and effective solutions.
Key requirements:
Strong understanding of advertising principles and strategies.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Proven work experience as an Account Manager.
Must have experience working on FMCG brands.
