Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls during U.S. evening hours
Provide clear, professional information about available services
Identify when calls require escalation to licensed professionals
Schedule assessments and document all interactions accurately
Follow ethical communication and escalation guidelines
Protect sensitive information at all times
Required Skills & Experience
Strong verbal communication skills in English
Previous call centre, customer service, or healthcare-related experience
Ability to work evening / night shifts consistently
High attention to detail and professionalism
Emotionally resilient and calm under pressure
Preferred (Not Required)
Admissions or intake coordination experience
Experience supporting U.S.-based healthcare services
