The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the fleet sales department, ensuring efficient processing of vehicle orders, and delivering excellent service to corporate clients. Position Overview
The purpose of the position is to ensure that all fleet administrative duties are completed timeously and to the required standard in order for fleet efficiencies to be realized and business risk to be controlled.###
Specific Role Responsibilities
Coordinate and process fleet vehicle orders from initial enquiry through to delivery.
Prepare quotes, invoices, delivery documentation, and registration paperwork.
Liaise with internal departments (sales, finance) and external stakeholders (dealers, suppliers, licensing authorities).
Maintain accurate records of orders, client details, and vehicle status.
Assist fleet sales executives with day-to-day administrative tasks and customer follow-ups.
Ensure compliance with all internal processes and industry regulations.

Qualifications and Experience
Proven experience in a vehicle sales or fleet administration environment.
Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
Experience with dealer management systems (e.g. CDK Drive) is advantageous.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Grade 12 or equivalent (NQF Level 4)
