Job Summary Job Summary:

  • Perform administrative duties within the Revenue Finance department.

  • Process Debtors Accounts
  • Compile and submit periodic reports
Key Tasks
Process Debtors Accounts
  • Process:
  • Credit notes and debit notes
  • Returns and unpaid
  • Cash allocations
  • Refunds
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Queries and Resolutions
  • Banks and Service provider collections via Debit systems
  • MySQL Scripting and reporting
  • Critical Data Analysis and Reporting
Compile and submit periodic reports
  • Create financial reports
  • Submit reports
  • Compile and submit ad hoc reports
  • Critical Data Analysis and Reporting
Other requirements
  • Technically inclined

  • 08h00 to 17h00
  • Some Saturdays may be required

Essential Qualifications (Have to Have):
  • Matric
  • Certificate in Accounting

  • Minimum of 2 year Accounting experience
  • Minimum of 3 year Administration experience
