What you'll own
Daily & weekly financial administration
, including:
Invoices
Bank reconcile
Supplier payments
Payroll prep
Data imports to Xero
Month-end support
Key Responsibilities
Daily & Weekly
Download + edit bank statements, share with teams
Check and reconcile bank accounts across entities
Capture supplier invoices in
Xero
(correct allocation + tax coding)
Move data from POS systems into Xero
Prepare supplier payments + ad-hoc batches
Manage petty cash + inter-account fund transfers
Monthly
Capture all invoices for
Brahman Hills, The Windmills, and Stonehaven
Update and reconcile Xero bank feeds
Process
RTVs
and inter-company charges
Review
Profit & Loss (P&L)
for accuracy
Compile payroll inputs, work closely with
HR Torque
Ensure statutory payments are correct and on time:
EMP201
MIBCO
Other regulatory requirements
Other critical admin
File and store all financial docs (invoices, payroll, bank statements)
Maintain
VAT compliance
and correct tax codes
Find and fix recon issues fast
Manage supplier and internal comms clearly
)
Can handle multiple entities + high transaction volume
Good organiser + deadline-driven
Comfortable in hospitality hours and pressure cycles
Qualifications & Experience
3+ years
finance/admin experience
Bank recon + supplier invoicing experience
Payroll preparation experience
Multi-entity business experience is a
big advantage
Finance/Accounting qualification (
Diploma or Degree preferred
)
Hospitality or retail finance experience helps you stand out
