Job Description


We are looking for an Administrator in the Irene area in Centurion, who has experience working in the Short Term Insurance industry.

Requirements:

  • Matric
  • At least one year experience in Short Term Insurance (Personal and Commercial lines)
  • Class of Business (Personal and Commercial lines)
  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication skills (verbal & written). Display a sense of urgency and must be able to work under pressure.
Responsibilities (Not limited to):
  • Policy administration.
  • Prepare and process renewals.
  • Assist with quotes.
  • Comply with internal and external regulatory framework, processes, and procedures in accordance with industry and organizational standards.
  • Policy- and general client queries.
  • Attend to operational duties as allocated.
