Our client, operating in the medical space and based in Walmer, Port Elizabeth; is currently looking to employ an experienced Medical Practice Administrator.
Previous experience in a medical administrative role is ideal.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in preparing quotations and handling accounts.
- Good telephone etiquette and people skills.xe2x80x8b
- Valid drivers license and own vehicle.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Previous experience in a medical administrative role is advantageous.
- Medical billing.
- Debt collecting.
- Manage daily administrative tasks.
- Handle medical billing processes and liaise with medical aids.
- Follow up on outstanding accounts and manage debt collection.
- Prepare accurate quotations for services rendered.
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure smooth operations.
