Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and process medical aid authorizations
  • Handle a variety of administrative functions within the practice
  • Provide support and service to patients, ensuring a positive experience
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the office through effective organization and communication
About You
  • Experience in a Medical Practice highly advantageous
  • Experience in dealing with Medical Aid Authorizations highly advantageous
  • Hold a National Certificate (or equivalent qualification)
  • Have 46 years experience in a similar administrative role
  • Demonstrate excellent computer literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Possess strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Work systematically with attention to detail
  • Show initiative, maturity, and problem-solving ability
  • Communicate confidently with excellent interpersonal skills
