Job Description


Our client in the Financial and Insurance Industry requires an Administrator.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Data capturing
  • Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings
  • Arrange travel and accommodations when required
  • Perform other administrative duties
Requirements:
  • Insurance and Financial Industry experience- not negotiable
  • Matric
  • Drivers License with own reliable transport is essential
  • Excellent communication skills in both Afrikaans and English is required
  • Stable work track record as an Administrator , Front Office Representative or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Reliable
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Salary:
R16 000 - R18 000 CTC Salary per Month
