Job Description


Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

  • Resolve daily queries concerning:
    • Customer applications
    • Online buy journey assistance
    • Installations & activations
    • Upgrades
    • Credit vetting
  • Investigate billing queries and reporting for resolution
  • Reporting: Assist with reporting of daily connections, build progress, GoR progress etc.
Core competencies, knowledge and experience: Job Knowledge:
  • Up to 1-2 years experience (with Matric) in FTTx/ICT industry but specifically to Customer Care Admin or commercial environment
OR
  • 6 months experience with 3yr Degree/Diploma
  • Interpersonal Skills
  • Computer skills hi proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Siebel & MSPI
  • Problem solving skills
  • Stress tolerance
  • Planning, executing on results and delivery
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
  • Matric
  • FTTx/ICT Knowledge
  • Specific Knowledge of Vodacom FTTx products and tariffs
Understanding of FTTx/ICT Market
