We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrator to manage dealer warranty claims and related administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with dealers, manufacturers, and other team members to ensure accurate and timely processing of warranty claims.
Key Responsibilities:
Process warranty claims submitted by dealers in a timely and accurate manner
Communicate with dealers and manufacturers to gather necessary information for warranty claims
Maintain accurate records of warranty claims, including processing status and resolution
Monitor warranty claim trends and provide recommendations for process improvements
Coordinate with internal departments to address any issues or concerns related to warranty claims
Assist in training dealers on warranty claim submission procedures and requirements
Collaborate with finance department to ensure timely processing of warranty reimbursements
Prepare reports on warranty claim processing and performance metrics for management review
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
2+ years of experience in warranty administration, preferably in the automotive industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of warranty policies and procedures
Experience with warranty claim processing software (e.g. Dealer Management Systems) is a plus
