Core Description
Performs day-to-day delivery of Configuration Management services to the organization. To provide accurate information on configurations and their documentation to support all the other Service Management processes
Key Deliverables / Primary Functions
Compile and distribute Configuration reports to enhance management decision making.
Perform operational activities as defined by Configuration Management policies and procedures.
Work to fulfil Configuration Management Service Requests as assigned.
Engage with projects to ensure Configuration Management can deliver required functionality within stipulated timeframes.
Identify and report non-compliance situations
Perform Configuration Management audits as directed
Identify Service Improvement opportunities

Minimum Qualifications
NQF 4: Grade 12 National Diploma
Additional Education -Preferred /Advantage
Experience
2 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in an administrative role within Configuration Management
Certifications
A+
ITIL (Non essential)
Professional Memberships in Relevant Industry
Level of Engagement & Span of Control
Interaction with similar levels and with various stakeholders both internally and externally
