Evaluate and maintain accurate certification records of staff, issuing of ID stamps, updating records in MEMIS and TSAS and ensuring the safe custody of all staff certification records. This role ensure support and compliance to all employees within the organisation.
Principal Accountabilities
Processing of all certification applications, amendments and ensuring compliance with procedural and regulatory requirements relating to the issue of staff certifications.
Procure, issue and control and withdraw of all SAA Technical identification stamps.
Maintain accurate and current staff certification and identification stamp data banks.
Provide accurate staff training and certification data for audit purposes and/or queries as applicable.
Affect payments for procured identification stamps, initiate certification allowance payments.
Being consulted regarding staff qualifications.

Qualifications & Experience
Qualifications
Grade 12 or equivalent
Must have 2 years administration experience in Technical
Knowledge and Skills
Knowledge
Sound knowledge of Database packages
Background of MEMIS and TSAS systems
Must have a thorough knowledge of the SAA Technical Quality Manual of procedures in regard to certification requirements
