Job Description
Our client that operates in the events industry has an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join their team in the Cape Winelands area.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Senior Administrator with quotations, invoices, and delivery notes.
- Answering of the phone, returning calls and WhatsApp messages.
- Weekend phone duties
- SMS clients to inform them that their items will be delivered.
- Stock control
- Quality control
- Experience in a similar role
- Fully Bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
- Computer literate
- Must have excellent spelling skills.
- Must be a team player and have a positive attitude.
- Work well under pressure
- Valid driverxe2x80x99s license and own transportation
- Annual leave may only be taken in June/July
- The working hours are 08:00am to 16:00pm
