Job Description


Are you an experienced Administrator looking for a new challenge in January 2024? Candidates who meet the below minimum requirements are invited to submit their application via the link provided. Minimum requirements:

  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English
  • Valid drivers license
  • Own transport
  • Computer literate with knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, Publisher and Sage
  • Knowledge of Trusts and CIPC

Duties will include:
  • Tend to reception
  • Tend to the switchboard
  • Manage diaries
  • Receiving clients
  • Typing confirmation letters
  • Filing and scanning documents
  • Opening new ledgers
Working hours: Monday to Thursday: 07H30 - 17H00 Fridays: 07H30 - 14H00 IMPORTANT:
