An appropriate, recognised qualification at NQF Level 5.
A relevant NQF level 6 qualification will be an advantage.
Two years' relevant work experience.
Experience and knowledge of the NQF will be an advantage.
Duties : o Undertake general administrative duties.
Render support related to authentication services which include client services.
Maintain the electronic filing system and keep information updated.
Process applications within standard operating procedures and provide feedback to clients.
Assist in maintaining and improving business processes, procedures, systems and formats.
Keep information sources, materials and the stakeholder register up to date.
