We are looking for a detail-orientated and proactive
Administrative Support
professional to assist our
Systems Analyst Team
with coordination, documentation, and general administrative tasks. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of system-related processes, stakeholder communication, and internal reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Systems Analyst Team, including meeting coordination, agenda preparation, and follow-up actions.
Maintain and update system documentation, user manuals, and project tracking logs.
Assist with capturing and monitoring support tickets, task lists, and project milestones.
Coordinate communication between analysts, developers, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
Prepare reports, presentations, and status updates on ongoing system projects and enhancements.
Monitor deadlines and ensure timely follow-up on assigned tasks.
Assist in basic data analysis, reporting, and system user access management where applicable.
Manage and organise shared folders, documentation libraries, and project files.
Support the team with administrative tasks such as scheduling, travel coordination (if applicable), and procurement of tools or licenses.
Key Requirements
Previous experience in an administrative support or project coordination role, preferably within an IT or systems environment.
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
High attention to detail and ability to work with technical documentation.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications
Grade 12 (Matric) Certificate - essential.
Familiarity with system support processes, project management methodologies, or IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) will be beneficial.
