Duties/Pligte
Managing the academic administration of undergraduate and postgraduate students within designated Departments.
Processing and coordinating financial and payment-related transactions on the Stellenbosch University (SU) financial system.
Facilitating effective collaboration and coordination with key University Divisions, including IT, Human Resources, Finance, Facilities Management, and Campus Security.
Serving as a primary point of contact for enquiries and liaising with academic staff, students, service providers, and other stakeholders.Providing administrative support for the planning and implementation of social impact projects.
Delivering ad hoc administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of departmental activities and initiatives.
Job Requirements/Pos Vereistes
Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:An administrative or finance diploma, or an equivalent qualification (NQF 6).
A minimum of four years' proven experience in an administrative role within:
