Job Description

We are seeking an ambitious, self-motivated go-getter to join our Administration team in January 2026. The ideal candidate must be eager to learn, be organised, and able to work accurately under pressure.

ey responsibilities will include but not limited to:



Compiling Occupational Hygiene and Environmental reports using Microsoft Word. Handle general office administration (emails, calls, filing, printing, photocopying).

Minimum Requirements



Matric (Grade 12) Degree or Diploma in either Administration, Safety, Environmental Science, Environmental Management, Environmental Health. 2-3 years Administration experience in an Occupational Hygiene/SHEQ or Environmental environment. Experience compiling professional reports Strong proficiency in

Microsoft Word

(Excel advantageous) Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Strong organisational and time-management skills
